Generate Family Planning Annual Reports (FPAR) in Minutes!
Text Box: Impresario Medical Software Corporation has specialized software versions to accommodate custom needs of our clients. An example of such specialized software versions is the Family Planning Annual Reports (FPAR) Module of our Practice Management and Billing (PMB) Software.
Practices offering family planning services under a grant are required to submit an annual report on the services provided that year to the federal government in order to receive federal grants. Without an automated process, it may take months for a medical practice to prepare and finalize these reports. A disadvantage of manually pulling charts to gather the needed data is that there is a greater chance for information to be left out, which in turn might affect the accuracy of your reports. Our FPAR Module allows the medical staff to quickly generate an FPAR report by a simple click of a button because data is collected throughout the year as electronic billing is submitted with our PMB.
If your practice or clinic is required to submit an FPAR, stop stressing when it comes to the end of the year! Don’t waste time and effort trying to put something together that our software can automatically do for you in a matter of minutes! Call us at (915)591-4004 for more information on our FPAR software solution.

Text Box: Industry News: Why Is It Important For You To Consider EMR Today?
Text Box: The most important reason why it is time to consider EMR and EDM for your practice is practicality. The implementation of EMR can help improve patient care and staff efficiency. Access to information is improved. The cost savings on storage space, filing cabinets, folders, paper and other material expenses can be significant. The image and value of your practice is increased, allowing you to attract forward minded staff and more patients because they view your practice as progressive.
In addition to the benefits mentioned above, the government is offering incentives for medical practices to implement Electronic Medical Records (EMR) into their office. Reimbursements can be obtained only through either the Medicare or Medicaid program. Healthcare providers may receive approximately $44,000 in incentives from the Medicare program or approximately $65,000 from the Medicaid program between 2011and 2015. Payments may be available for those using a qualified EMR system as early as 2011. Payments will be reduced each year after 2012. After 2015, the programs will penalize those practices who have not implemented EMR into their office. The chart below shows the stimulus payment plan for the Medicare program in more detail.
Physicians who work in areas where there is a shortage of physicians have a greater advantage over this stimulus package. These physicians will be eligible to receive up to 10% more money just for working in these areas.

!!!STIMULUS MONEY ON FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS UNTIL ITS GONE!!!

Keep in mind that the money being used for this stimulus is not infinite and it will go on a first come, first serve basis. If you wait till the last minute to implement EMR, there may not be enough funds for you to receive any stimulus reimbursement payments.
